Print the Hearts and Hands Application, fill the application out and bring to the center .  This will allow for faster processing.

You must bring the following when you come.

• Completed Application or complete an application when you arrive.
• Pay stub for everyone in household.

    and one of the following to show Proof of Residence in Marshall County:

• Government Issued Photo ID
• Voter Registration
• Utility Bill
